What: armed and unarmed self-defense (Jujutsu) on mats
Target group: women aged 14 and up
When: 8 consecutive Thursdays starting 15 January 2026, each day from 8:00-9:30 PM
Where: Vroenhof primary school - Groenhofstraat 15 - 3300 Tienen (Kumtich)
Price: €95 (insurance and certificate included)
