The purpose is to maintain and spread traditional Kobudo and Koryu martial arts, traditions and culture to keep them alive for next generations students. Another purpose is to teach self-defense to men and women (as it is a basic human right to defend oneself) and to teach people who can apply the techniques in their job. Several times a year we train outside. Every student is part of the worldwide Genbukan family. Now and then we make a trip together or we do special activities as paintball, ... .
